Online casinos don't accept PayPal

Question: I am an eBay trader and use PayPal on a daily base, but I am very annoyed because online casinos donít seem to offer it as payment option. Do you know why and is it going to change at one point?

Answer: REPLY FROM INSIDER

PayPal was originally developed for the gambling industry and became next to Neteller the first alternative to use credit card for depositing money online. In 2002 eBay bought PayPal for $1.5 Billion and stopped gambling transactions. eBay didnít want to be associated and used PayPal exclusive for their own business.

The online casinos from a few big European betting companies (Victor Chandler, Ladbrokes, Bwin and Betfair) are, to my knowledge, the only online casinos sites offering PayPal.

Addition: I have researched PayPal and online casinos and found out that 888 casino and their white label Lucy Ace casino are also accepting PayPal.
I seems like eBay only allows very reputable gambling brands to use their payment method.
