Spin Palace doesn’t pay out my winning!!!

Question: I was lucky to hit a number on roulette and won £3500, went to bank and withdraw the money. After 2 weeks I didn’t receive my money yet, but in good faith and due to the good reputation of Spin Palace and deposited again £500 and hit another number. Again, I went to withdraw £2000. Another week past and I contacted live support to find out when I will receive my £5500. The support agent told me my account was locked and sent me a link to the terms & conditions. I ask her about my withdrawals and she told me she can’t answer me anymore questions.
